How do I login?

Follow the 'Login' link at the top of the page and enter your username (or email address) and password.

What do I do if I have forgotten my username?

You can login using your email address as well as your username. You can also refer to the email that you received after registering - this will contain your username.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

Follow the 'Forgotten password' link on the Login page. Enter your email address and a 'password reset' link will be emailed to you. Open your email then click this link then change your password.

How do I change my password?

Follow the 'My Details' link from the menu at the top of the page and click the 'Change your password' link.

How do I change my personal details?

Follow the 'My Details' link from the menu at the top of the page and click the 'Change your user profile' link.

Can I change my username?

Sorry, it is not possible to change your username.

When are the Leaderboard points updated?

Leaderboards are updated daily (overnight). The 'Last Updated' field on the Leaderboard page will show the date/time at which the leaderboards were last updated.

How do referrals work?

You have a unique referral code which is used to track the friends your refer to Premier442. To view your code select the 'Refer a Friend' option from the top right menu. Ask your friends to enter your referral code when they complete their details on the registration page. Your referral will then be tracked and you will receive 4% of any of their winning predictions from paid games, plus 5 extra free entries in our Predict the Premier League £1M competition. Your friend will also receive 5 extra free entries in our Predict the Premier League £1M competition if they enter the valid referral code when they register.

The website is asking me to confirm my email but I'm not receiving the email containing the link?

You must have a confirmed email address to login after initial registration. When you register we send you an email containing a link which you need to click to confirm your email address. Please check your email and click the link to confirm your email address. If you cannot see the email in your inbox then please check your "junk" or "spam" folder, and add us to your mailbox "safe" list. If you have not received an email from us within a few minutes then please try logging in - this will send you another email to confirm your email address. If you still do not receive an email then please contact the support team.

How do I make a deposit?

How do I make a withdrawal?

Go to the 'Withdraw money' page via the top right menu. Enter an amount then click 'request withdrawal'. This request will be sent to the Premier442 Support Team for processing. Once confirmed, your funds will be transferred to your Skrill account.
